Sight where headlights quit

NightRide cameras read heat, not light, so they pick up a person, an animal, or a stalled vehicle in total darkness and through fog, smoke, dust, and rain. On a dark road or a nighttime search, that is warning distance headlights cannot give.

About NightRide

NightRide is a thermal camera company with an origin story to match its name. Its founder got lost on a pitch-black backcountry road one night, headlights useless against the dark, and set out to build something that could see past them. The result is a line of vehicle-mounted thermal cameras that detect heat well beyond headlight range.

Founded in 2021 and based in Brooklyn, New York, NightRide is a US-based, woman-owned small business that engineers and assembles its cameras in the United States. The cameras are sealed to an IP69 rating, run under an ISO 9001 quality system, and mount to a patrol vehicle, truck, or UTV in minutes. They are used by law enforcement, fire and search-and-rescue teams, hunters, ranchers, and outdoor drivers.

Sector carries NightRide because thermal is the one thing a light bar and a spotlight cannot do: see a heat signature in conditions where the eye and the headlight both fail.
