Refund policy

Sector Technology Group ("Sector," "we," "us") operates as a value‑added reseller and fulfillment partner for rugged technology, vehicle equipment, and mission‑critical solutions. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment model, Sector does not offer returns or refunds at this time.

This policy applies to all products sold through our ecommerce website, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

No Returns or Refunds  

At this time:

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are not accepted for any products.

  • Refunds are not issued once an order has been placed and processed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Rugged laptops and tablets

  • Video, security, and surveillance products

  • Networking, router, and connectivity equipment

  • Vehicle equipment, mounting systems, and power management solutions

  • Accessories, peripherals, warranties, and software

  • Special‑order, configured, or drop‑shipped products

This policy is necessary due to product sensitivity, configuration requirements, vendor restrictions, and the mission‑critical nature of the equipment we sell.

Manufacturer & Vendor Policies  

Most products sold by Sector are fulfilled directly by manufacturers or authorized distributors. As a result:

  • Any potential return, replacement, or refund request is subject entirely to the manufacturer’s or vendor’s policies.

  • Sector does not control and cannot guarantee whether a vendor will authorize a return, replacement, or credit under any circumstance.

  • Vendor decisions are final and may include restocking fees, shipping costs, or outright refusal.

Submitting a request to Sector does not guarantee approval by the vendor.

Defective Products & Warranty Claims  

  • Defective products are generally handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process, not through Sector.

  • Warranty coverage, repair, replacement, or service eligibility is determined solely by the manufacturer.

  • Sector may assist in facilitating communication with the manufacturer but does not assume responsibility for warranty outcomes.

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility  

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying product compatibility, specifications, and requirements prior to purchase

  • Ensuring products meet their intended use, installation, and regulatory needs

Because returns are not accepted, we strongly encourage customers to contact Sector before placing an order with any questions regarding suitability or compatibility.

Government, Agency, and Contract Buyers  

For government, municipal, or enterprise customers:

  • Contractual agreements, purchase orders, or written terms may override this policy if explicitly stated and agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

  • Ecommerce orders not governed by a separate written agreement remain subject to this policy.

Future Policy Changes  

Sector may update this Return & Refund Policy in the future as our ecommerce operations evolve. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the update.
