●       If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

●       Certain products sold by Sector Technology Group are restricted to verified agency or authorized professional buyers. Purchase of such products may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, agency credentials, or other verifying documentation prior to order fulfillment. Sector reserves the right to cancel orders for restricted products where verification cannot be completed.

Intended Use & Customer Responsibility

●       Products sold by Sector are intended for professional, commercial, government, public safety, or enterprise use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

●       Customers are solely responsible for:

▪         Verifying compatibility with existing systems or vehicles

▪         Proper installation, configuration, and operation

▪         Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to FCC, surveillance, data privacy, and vehicle equipment regulations

●       Sector reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order resulting from pricing errors, incorrect product information, or vendor availability constraints.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

●       All orders are subject to acceptance by Sector and, where applicable, the fulfilling manufacturer or distributor.

●       Sector reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion, including for compliance, misuse, or vendor-related reasons.

●       Order cancellation prior to fulfillment does not guarantee refund eligibility, which is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Fulfillment

●       Shipping, fulfillment, and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

●       Many products are fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers or distributors.

Software, Cloud Services & Licensing

●       Software, firmware, cloud services, and subscription-based products are licensed, not sold.

●       Use of such products is governed exclusively by the applicable manufacturer or service provider’s license agreement, end user license agreement (EULA), or terms of service.

●       By purchasing or using software or cloud-based products, you agree to comply with all applicable vendor terms.

●       Sector does not grant license rights and does not guarantee software performance, availability, uptime, updates, or future features.

Warranties & Extended Warranties

●       Products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

●       Extended warranties, service plans, or protection programs are provided by the manufacturer or third-party provider and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

●       Sector does not administer warranty claims and does not guarantee warranty outcomes.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sector disclaims all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

●       Sector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

●       Sector’s total liability arising from or related to any product, order, or use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sector Technology Group, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

●       Improper, illegal, or unauthorized use of products

●       Improper installation, modification, or integration

●       Violation of applicable laws or regulations

●       Infringement of third-party rights resulting from your use of products or services

Platform Provider (Shopify)

●       Sector Technology Group’s ecommerce store is powered by Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform used to offer products and services.

●       All sales and purchases are made directly between you and Sector Technology Group. Shopify is not a party to any transaction.

●       Shopify does not manufacture, sell, warrant, or fulfill products and bears no responsibility or liability for any aspect of transactions conducted through this website.

●       You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from purchases made through Sector’s website.

Third-Party Tools & Services

●       The website may include access to third-party tools, integrations, or services that are provided "as is" and "as available".

●       Sector does not control, monitor, or endorse third-party tools and is not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms.

Government & Contract Buyers
